Want to learn more about VEX Robotics? Here are some really good resources that we think are really handy for anyone trying to learn a little more.

VEX Forum

You can visit the VEX forum here. The VEX forum is a place where people discuss VEX Robotics. If you have a question of any kind relating to VEX, you can make a post and you will most likely get several replies helping you out. You can also see questions others are asking, people showing off their robots, and people discussing new ideas.

Kepler Electronics Youtube Channel

You can visit the Kepler Electronics YouTube channel here. This is a YouTuber that has made several particularly helpful videos relating to VEX and continues to upload videos every few weeks. He has made videos covering lift types, previous robots he has built, and general tips for VEX students. 

Guide to Double Reverse 4 Bar

The double reverse 4 bar is very common in VEX Robotics, but you may need some help building your first one. Here, you can find a guide to the DR4B by team 333A. It is extremely detailed and covers everything you need to know. There is also a forum post about it here which gives a general overview and branches off to other helpful forum posts.

Autodesk Fusion 360

Autodesk Fusion 360 is a 3D CAD software that can be very helpful for planning your robot before you build it. It is also free for students to use, to anyone can give it a go.

Fusion 360 VEX Parts Library

If you’ve decided to give fusion 360 a try, you should download the VEX parts library. This has CAD files for all the VEX parts so that you don’t have to make custom ones yourself so you can get right into CADing!
